She specialises in traditional Sri Lankan dishes made from authentic, fresh, high quality ingredients and her food is known to resemble dishes made at homes in Sri Lanka.

How we started

 

We are a family run catering business specialising in catering for Sri Lankan and Indian events. 

 

The head chef Sylvia creates traditional, authentic home style Sri Lankan and South Indian cuisine for your private or corporate events. From 2 people to hundereds. She uses recipes passed down from her family and her home town of Negombo.

 

We offer a full expert catering service with over 20 years of experience. We will work with you to develop a customized menu that is suited to any budget and taste.
